First appointment with Josie and it was lovely. Always been nervous about having a drill used on my nails after a bad experience many years ago. Josie talked me through it and even demonstrated the drill on my hand to put me at ease. I cannot believe how gentle it was and how relaxed I felt. After being with a wonderful nail technician previously, who unfortunately had to give it up due to other work commitments, she recommended Josie to me and I can honestly say she was wonderful and Josie will now be my new regular nail technician. I am so pleased with the end result!!! Thank you Josie 🥰

Excellent service today. Lowri did a fantastic job repairing a nail that I’d managed to snap in half breaking the natural nail underneath as well. After doing this and a hard gel coating Lowri then mixed a colour for me as she didn’t have a polish close to the shade I had shown her. Nails look fab now. Thank you xx

I have been to Josie a few times now and I know it’s a cliché, but I really wouldn’t and don’t want to go to anyone else! She is professional whilst remaining down to earth and we are already spilling the beans to each other! I am happy with my nails each time, they are literally perfect, nothing out of line or bumpy. Her artwork is so delicate and on point! I will be coming back for 100 years (or so) xxx

Lashes look lovely, a vast improvement on the sparse short lashes I arrived with. Nails are fab, went in with no idea what I wanted just ‘maybe green’ and came out with an amazing set of nails. New premises are very nice, easy to find and plenty of parking. Thank you Lowri. X
