I have now been going to Glam Factory for 14 months which is a first as usually change every 6 months or so. Even booked my appointments till 2024. But I love the salon and friendliness of all the staff. Love Kurtis who does my hair as it's always lovely. And Cindy who does my nails. All in all its a great place to go and be pampered and now they are an award winning business and so deserved.

I’ve been having my hair done by Kate for a few years , she is so nice and always asks me how I would like my hair and she always cuts and colours it to a very high standard it always looks fab Thankyou so much Kate A really friendly salon Lovely decor Special mention to Kurtis who makes you feel so welcome 5 stars glam factory

Have been with Alex for my nails and facial treatments for nearly two years now (since salons were allowed to re-open post COVID). I get my mani & pedi there every month, and get henna brows and aqua facials every now and then. Alex is extremely passionate about what she does, incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic at her job! My nails are always perfect, and my skin has improved plenty thanks to her tips and facials. She is a very nice and caring person, takes very good care of you - always made sure I had a cup of tea in my hands or a bottle of cold water when I go see her. Highly recommend
