All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Libby is not only a wonderful nail artist, she also has a way of making you feel at home and like you're hanging out with one of your girls. My nails are always the talk of the office and I enjoy my regular nails and therapy sessions!

I've been coming to Talex Beauty Studio for a while now and I always leave happy! This time I got gel nails with nail art and the results were absolutely stunning. The attention to detail is incredible and you can tell how much passion and skill goes into every set. The vibe of the salon is so warm and welcoming — it truly feels like a little sanctuary. I love that I always come back to the same person who knows exactly what I like. Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

I’ve been booking with Gracey & Co for the last three months and the service is always amazing. My nails turn out gorgeous every time and they last up to four weeks without any issues. I’m always so happy with the results. 💅🏼 Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable go-to nail tech in London. The fact that she offers in-house appointments is such a bonus too!

Nadia is an absolute gem! As a manicurist, she is truly talented and meticulous in her work . I was extremely surprised by her warm personality and we are both born in July 🤪. Visited the retreat for a manicure and pedicure. I had a great experience, very relaxing and the team are really nice. The beautician was very professional and was great with tips as to how to look after my nails. This is the second visit to the salon and I would definitely recommend a visit either for beauty treatments or hair styling. Thank you

I had a full body massage and express manicure and pedicure. I loved my massage by Nidia so relaxing and the right pressure used throughout. My nails were nice however I paid extra for a gel finish and a day later the nail varnish has started to peel off. The saloon was modern and staff friendly. I do however feel there could be a better organisation for those with more than one treatment planned as I found communication was a little bit later this was especially noticeable when waiting for my nails to be completed and the beautician had no clue who I was. Outside of that the service was good.

I had a pedicure with Desi today, and I’m truly impressed by her professionalism and care. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel completely relaxed. My nails look beautiful, and the whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend Desi for anyone looking for quality service and genuine attention to detail.

I cannot recommend Desi pedicure service highly enough. She was absolutely amazing with my daughter, who was suffering from a very painful ingrown toenail. From the moment we arrived, she was kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. She treated my daughter with such care and patience, explaining everything clearly and making her feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Her expertise was evident, and she resolved the problem gently and effectively, providing immediate relief. It's rare to find someone who combines such skill with genuine compassion.

I had a lovely manicure service with Lauren, she listened to what I wanted and gave good suggestions to help my nail growth journey and they have a wide range of colours to choose from. A much nicer experience than your typical high street nail shops. Would definitely recommend.
