My nail technician, Emily, deserves a special mention as she is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I visit for a manicure and pedicure, Emily exceeds my expectations. Her attention to detail is second to none, ensuring that every nail is shaped and polished to perfection. She takes her time, listens to what I want, and always delivers stunning results that leave me feeling pampered and confident. Emily at Aurae London is second to none. Highly recommended!

Had my nails done by Amy for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She’s super talented with nail designs and has a strong attention to detail. Since it was my first time trying Gel X, she took the time to explain the process beforehand, which I really appreciated. I’m absolutely in loveeee with my nails, they look exactly like the inspo I showed her. I’m already excited for my next set! 😍

Came here with my 3 daughters & we all had a wash cut, blow dry, can honestly say we had a lovely experience, very relaxing & lovely staff. My child also had a manicure & pedicure which was fantastic, highly recommend if you have children as the atmosphere is great, my daughter watched a movie whilst having all of her treatments done.

I had an amazing experience! My pedicure was done perfectly – super precise and professional. The attention to detail was incredible, and the nails look absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing, which made the whole visit even better. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Despite a full on power cut, effecting all the nearby shops etc, Chanelle managed to send me home with an excellent set of nails, albeit in nail varnish not gel. Everything was effected so she had to work by what was left of the daylight and by candle light. We were halfway through my session when the power cut hit, luckily just before the base coat, so plans had to change. Thank you Chanelle.

For years I have been trying to grow my nails but I have a nail biting issue but since I have started to come to PLN this has changed. I love my birthday nails so much. She is so skilled and gets my nails right every time. I will definitely be coming back

My nails exceeded my expectations. I got BIAB hands and a shellac pedicure. The atmosphere is so relaxing. You have to book in advance because the nail artist really spends quality time doing the service. Absolutely loved Jessie's attention to detail and her patience! Definitely will be back
