An absolutely excellent experience in every way. Samantha has paid attention to every detail including the beautifully coordinated and ambient treatment too and state of the art quality equipment. I spent 4 hours of pampering having the luxury foot spa and full body massage with tinted lashes to complete my experience - all expertly carried out with gentleness and careful attention. A wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Ipswich!

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Another fantastic visit to Emma for cutting, colouring and styling. Emma is by far THE BEST hairdresser around for cutting curly hair and I’ve tried quite a few salons in Ipswich but no one measures up to Emma. Thank you so much Emma and I’m so pleased to have booked my next visit.

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. So nice to have such a positive place in Ipswich town. Parking right outside (£2 hour - bonus) and you can pay on card. Thanks again and be seeing you again! Jay x

I had a manicure and pedicure at BdonebyB, and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel completely at ease. Emma dealt with an ingrown toe nail apologising as she was concerned she was hurting me. Having completed my pedicure I then dropped my handbag on my big toe smudging her hard work! She quickly repaired the damage as always with a smile. Thanks Emma. Great job.
