Always a lovely experience when getting my nails done by Ava. She’s the nicest girl and makes me feel comfortable and welcome. I always get the best compliments after getting my nails done by her. She uses such precision to replicate all the difficult designs I come to her with ! The space is really cosy and clean, also has a TV which is always a bonus!! Its also dead centre in bath so really convenient about 5-10min from the bus station and in a nice location. 100% recommended if you are looking for a nice relaxed environment for incredible nails, she’s the go to !

Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I had a really lovely pedicure. My toe nails are now summer-holiday ready, and just looking at them cheers me up! Esther is both highly capable and very warm, and I genuinely enjoyed our time together. I especially appreciated that she was able to come to my home, as I’m currently struggling with mobility issues. Her background in diabetic foot care was an added bonus and gave me extra confidence in her expertise. Everything felt clean and well maintained, and she took great care without rushing. The result looks fantastic, and the whole experience was uplifting — exactly what I needed.

I visited Jess today for a back, neck and shoulder massage whilst away on holiday. She was absolutely incredible! Definitely great value for money. She’s so lovely and really skilled. It is the best salon I have found in Bath in two years or more. The atmosphere in the salon is super relaxing, elegant, refined and clean. I haven't had such gentle gel removal in a long time! Her passion shows in the excellent quality of work! I will definitely be back as I no longer want my nails done to a lower standard than she offers!!!!

Another amazing massage at the Thy Spa. The whole experience from arriving (delicious relaxing smells), the changing area and the treatment room is relaxing. Ms Joommy is a very skilled masseur and everything was perfect. I can't recommend this place enough. If you are in Bath or visiting this is most definitely the place for the best massage experience.
