Had a really nice experience. Had a lovely coffee to start. Sam assessed my nails. It been a month since my last visit. Had all the old gel removed and my nails manicured. Each nail was sorted with whatever was needed. Chose a lovely colour from a really big range of colours. My nails look fantastic.

honestly can’t recommend my nail tech enough 💅✨ She is so friendly and welcoming, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Her attention to detail is incredible, and the designs she creates are absolutely amazing every single time. These are genuinely the best nails I’ve ever had – they always look flawless and last so well. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. If you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality nails and a great experience, she’s the one to go to! 💖

Outstanding! Fay at Flawless is incredible with both lashes, nails & many more treatments. Her expertise is second to none, and I love her frank, honest advice. She’ll always tell me what will actually suit me instead of just taking my request, and that’s why my results are always perfect. I trust her completely (and going to her for last 20yrs) and feel so well cared for every appointment. If you want a beautician who combines skill with genuine honesty, Flawless and Fay are the ones. Had coffee to start. I explained that my hair had been good. It now getting very grey. Sam applies colour to cover grey and products that help to improve my hair condition. Also had my nails done using gel. My nails have also improved and I had such alot if good advise on improving my bail care. Was able to have gel applied to my own nails. Thank-you Sam. Be back soon

Chrissie isn’t just a nail technician she’s a friend and therapist, you will always leave her salon not only with a stunning set of nails always using the best products and latest styles but also feeling happier than when you went in after having a lovely chat and cuppa whilst getting them done. I have been going to Tyra for my nails doing every month for over a year. Nothing is too big or small for designs she will always come out of her comfort zone and do an amazing job every time. She is very professional and friendly, I look forward to new nail day each month. Prices are very affordable too. I highly recommend to anyone.

Thank you for a lovely day. Had my hair done. My nails are beautiful. There are so many fantastic colours to choose. Sam always asks how long abdxwhat shape you would like. Always look fantastic and makes me feel great. Got some cuticle oil from Sam and definitely will be looking after them until I go again.

Chrissie absolutely smashes it out of the park every time! I’ve been going to Chrissie since April, taking the leap to trust someone again after a bad previous experience. But as soon as I walked in all introverted and nervous, Chrissie put me at ease immediately! She is always ready to take on any wild nail inspo I give her, crushes it, but also tells me honestly if things won’t look the way I want (I still want those matte nails!). Coming to get my nails done every 3 weeks is now almost like therapy to me, i get excited to get back into the salon every time! 100/10
