Very nice nail studio. The service was good, but the hand and leg massage could have been better. I would definitely go back as the manicure and pedicure was very nice.

Mahla is a great nail tech. She's very focused on making sure your nails are evenly shaped, filled and coloured!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over three years now, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. Mona is absolutely amazing, her attention to detail and consistency are unmatched, and she always brings my ideas to life perfectly. Her whole team is just as kind, talented, and welcoming, creating such a warm and relaxing environment every time. I’ve never once left unhappy. I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The staff were welcoming, professional, and really paid attention to detail. Was really good - but I think the person assigned to do my nails was a beginner which made me a bit nervous, but she did a great job. Very tight space - a lot packed into the small unit. . Very clean and sanitary. Raised platforms for pedicure are great but people with mobility issues may have problems. Nice touch with biscuit and candy along with freshments from Costco (biscoff and Buble water)

This was my first time visiting Upscale Nail Studio and it won't be my last. The experience from start to finish was top notch. Everyone was polite, attentive, and the services were excellent. The space is very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. I had eyebrow shaping, upper lip wax, and a Lux pedicure. All were excellent. Neda and Aida both did an excellent job and I am so impressed with the service.

Originally was just booked at 5pm for a gel french manicure but needed a last minute lash fill as well. Lisa was willing to stay late until 9pm to fit me in for the additional service. If that's not going above and beyond for a long term customer; I don't know what is! Been going to Lisa for over 2 years now (mainly for nails) and she never disappoints! Not only is she personable, but she is good at what she does and is definitely worth the price! Would 100% recommend to anyone:)

She’s incredibly kind, the salon is spotless, and I fully trust her taste—she always surprises me with amazing designs. Her whole team is also fantastic. Truly the best nail salon in Vancouver.
