She truly understands hair and took the time to listen to what I wanted, offering expert advice along the way. The end result was beyond my expectations. In all honesty my hair has never looked or felt better! Whiles on the other hand her attention to detail, skill, and warm coupled with her personality made the entire appointment such a joy. Caesar always gives me an excellent haircut, just walked into my apartment and a friend said "great haircut." Their salon is very pleasant, personal and has a great relaxed vibe. I always see other people looking great when they finish working on them as well.

I just got my 2nd haircut with Chi. My first one was last fall when I was working in NYC for a few months,. I loved the asymmetrical style she gave me so much that I returned this weekend though I'm only visiting the city for a few days. My salon in San Francisco just doesn't match up! Chi has an eye for what will look good, and makes it happen with such ease.

Robert was great. I took my daughter for her first curly hair cut and Robert was so good at teaching her how to care for her hair and had such good conversation with me. Great stylist, super knowledgeable and so heartfelt. Highly recommend the salon and Robert!

I was in search for the perfect salon around my new neighborhood and I’ve finally found my place. I have very thick and curly hair, I am very selective about the people I go to for that reason. Laiz was great! I've tried lots of salons but my search is over. She explained what my hair needed and walked me through a low maintenance 1 product routine that gave me the same curls as my 4 product hour-long routine did! Love my cut too!

The person doing the consultation, David, was respectful of what I wanted (partial balayage) and helped me decide on the color / tone. Dorothy is an incredible hair cutter! I'm the type of person who usually goes home after a haircut to re-wet/re-style my hair how I like it. With Dorothy's cuts, I leave the salon loving the way she's styled my hair. And, even better, the next day after I've washed and styled my hair, I can recreate the same look. Also, the previous pixie cut Dorothy gave me grew out beautifully. I didn't experience the usual week 3 awkward "puffy" stage. In fact, I went a full 8 weeks (which is usually too long to let a pixie cut go) before I felt like I really needed to be re-pixied. Thank you, Dorothy!
