I was seriously overdue for a haircut and I'm so glad I chose Adrian when I finally decided to book one. All of their infirmation and instructions on booking, location, etc., really helped with my neurodivergent anxiety. When I got there they took the time to talk with me about what I wanted done and they checked with me on length after the initial cuts. They also confirmed my selections from the pre-appointment form (fidget toys & low scent). It was an overall wonderful experience with a thoughtful, conscientious stylist, and I love the cut itself too. A++ experience.

Master Cam is wonderful! I’ve tried various places for haircuts/style in Austin and he has been the best. He is truly talented at what he does and you can clearly see enjoys his job. Everyone who works with him is extremely professional and kind as well. He takes his time to cut hair and go through each step with you and why he is doing something. My hair has never looked healthier or better since I started going to Cam. 10/10. Have recommended him to anyone who asks for hair care (color or cut).

Cam is truly a master of his craft. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of my different color and style options and helped decide what would be the best treatment for me ( ie lasting results and minimal damage). I finally found a stylist in Austin who can skillfully cut and color my dark, fine Asian hair to give me volume and dimension. I’m extremely happy with his service and will be returning.

It was my first time not only going to Smooshine, but an Austin hair salon since moving. It was an amazing experience. The environment was beautiful due to the music, the location, and the aesthetic. I booked my hair appointment with Sam, and it went wonderfully. Not only did he deliver the haircut that I wanted, but he helped me understand why my hair was damaged and how to fix it. He offered a solution in the salon and an at home solution. He was very precise with my haircut, and made it a wonderful experience. This is the best haircut I have gotten!

Adrian was amazing! My partner had not had a proper haircut since 2019. He has never liked a haircut, today was the first time he not only enjoyed the experience but left LOVING his transformation cut. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Adrian is the best hair dresser or barber I’ve ever been to. They are the only person that’s ever cut my hair so that it looks good the day I walk out of their shop; no need to wait a week or two to grow out. We recently moved from Austin to VA, and every time we’re back in town I’m going to go to Adrian for a cut. Do yourself a favor and get a cut by them.

This was honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a salon! I have been to other salons in Austin but never felt very comfortable or like the stylists particularly cared about my hair. I had a totally opposite experience here and I will definitely be coming back to Smooshine. Jacob was awesome! He was very attentive and thorough and it was just a super high quality haircut and experience. I appreciate the time he took to understand my hair goals, and to explain his methods and why he did them. I will definitely be recommending Smooshine and Jacob to friends.

Adrian was amazing! This was the most relaxed and comfortable I’ve been during a haircut ever— plus my haircut is all I could ever wish for. A safe and supportive space for everyone. Adrian is just an amazing person who does amazing haircuts.

I had a great experience! Adrian is super accommodating in terms of sensory needs, which have always caused haircuts to be overwhelming for me. They also did a great job listening to what I wanted and communicating throughout the haircut to make sure I was pleased with the results.

Finally…finally! My son actually likes his haircut! 🎉 Not only that, he’s officially chosen his hair stylist and now only wants to see Jacob. Jacob really took the time to understand my son’s hair and exactly what he wanted. He was also incredibly patient, even with a little kid wiggle during the appointment. The result was fantastic, and my son left feeling confident and happy with his hair. We’re so glad we found someone who truly gets it. Thank you, Jacob! 🙌🏼✂️

Excellent experience from start to finish. Cam is highly skilled and clearly knowledgeable in his craft, delivering one of the best haircuts I’ve had. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire team was professional and friendly. My daughter also received a haircut from Sam, who is very skilled and knows what he is doin, he did an outstanding job, and my daughter is extremely happy with the result. I highly recommend this salon.

Mark is not simply a hair stylist. He has expertly mastered the art of color blending and face framing. I have been a loyal client for over a year, and he always manages to do something better than the last. There is no one else I would trust with my hair other than Mark. I have seen countless clients flying to get into his chair from all over the world. He’s also worked in salons in London and Dubai, which has added to his experience. Mark is unmatched. If I ever lose him as my stylist I will grieve it. His class, charisma, and style is amazing and I’ve never experienced this level of service before. I had Master Cam and he was great and super understanding! It was my first time bleaching, so he went through the process with me on bleaching, haircut, and color and made sure I understood everything. He explained everything so well it made me feel confident in my decisions and feel like my hair was in good hands.
