Simply an incredible and attentive service at this extremely well presented, chic salon in Colombo . From the moment I arrived, the staff exuded an air of total courtesy and professionalism. The calibre of the hair cut and colour service could not be faulted and the results were well above many other salons i have experienced World Wide! It wasn’t until after my treatment that I discovered the Chagall website and the story of Gerald Solomon, the passionate, creative man who is the visionary behind the exceptional experience you’ll enjoy by visiting this salon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I want for a gent's haircut – nothing fancy. Due to a mix-up with the online booking, I had to wait 15+ minutes, but once another hair stylist had taken over from the one originally assigned things were fine. Kind and professional service. As always with a new hair stylist, communicating what exactly you want to have done can be tricky, especially when you're not from Sri Lanka ;-) My advice: be as specific as possible and don't hesitate to ask for corrections if necessary. I'll definitely come back.

Talking about the haircut it was amazing while their customer standards are nothing less than excellent. My appointment was with Akila who was amazing and his attention to detail was incredible. 100% recommend to anyone.
