I have been a repeat customer with Paulina and Safora and they always do a great job. Paulina is amazing at men’s haircuts. I’ve been going for the past 6 months now and she always does a magnificent job cutting my hair. I look like a new and improved person every time. Safora does eyebrow waxing for me after my haircut and it’s amazing as well. Doesn’t take too long and my eyebrows always look better than before. Great experience here always.

Had my first appointment with Rahul today and he is now my hair stylist for life! He listened to my concerns and gave me great advice and tips. I got a beautiful haircut, and finally have the layers and volume I’ve been looking for. Highly recommend :)

I would like to appreciate and thank raul for fixing my messed up hair color I had done before....I just loved how he patiently took time discussing with me carefully choosing the color and styling and cut every step done with great care....raul he is the best....thank you...I'm just loving it ✌🏼glad I found such a talented person :)

Was able to accommodate me on such short notice. Had a detailed discussion of the cut I wanted and how it would look my hair. Got probably the best haircut of my life, feeling breezier and lighter after my cut. Cannot wait to go again, and would definitely recommend!

My experience was amazing!! Pauline did such a good job washing, cutting and blow drying my hair. I almost fell asleep when my hair was getting washed because it felt like a massage. If you do go here, definitely ask for Pauline. 💕 For my haircut, I got curtain bangs and she shaped some of my layers. She did a fabulous job. I also asked her to do long layers, so I could tie my hair up. She really did a good job. Everyone was so nice here too. I will definitely be coming back here 😀

I recently had the pleasure of getting a brunette balayage and haircut from Raul, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I feel and look amazing. I’ve been with Raul for the past 8 years while I lived in ON, now that I’ve moved a year ago I’ve been taking flights several times a year for him to do my hair cause he’s that good! No one does a blonde like him!! You can tell when someone loves their work, enjoying what they do! His hands are full of magic. Love that he’s kept my hair healthy even after several years of bleaching it completely blonde 3/4 times a year. Always on point getting the color shade/toner right. After a blow out and styling, hair last perfectly for days and stays in place, feeling soft, smooth, silky and gorgeous!!

First time at First Touch and it was such a great experience. Jamal is skilled and was able to match the reference haircut that I had brought in, and saved my preferences for next time which has always been an issue for me in the past. He and his wife are also such friendly people, I had a good time getting to chat with them both. 12/10 experience.
