This place is amazing. Not only are you made to feel welcomed and comfortable but the information you are provided with is so informative. Only had two sessions (just over a week) and already list weight, feel so much better and gave a longer term vision of my long term health regime. Worth every penny.

I am nearing the end of the course of 8 sessions now and this has changed my life, its more then the actual sessions at Shrink its the whole lifestyle change that goes along with this. The first appointment of my course was really good. Lucille put me at ease and talked through the scan/measurements and took time to gather further information on my goals. She is really knowledgeable on nutrition and has given me some good tips. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during one of the treatments.
