I had a wonderful myofascial massage with Mona. The session started with a short consultation focused on my skin type but also potential problematic areas. Mona’s attentive approach and ability to target areas of tension made the experience both therapeutic and restorative - what I really appreciated was the wide spectrum of powerful facial techniques she was using. By the end of the session, my face felt lifted and plumped and I couldn’t believe the result I was seeing in the mirror! Highly recommend and thank you for the great session Mona!

Today was my 2nd session of Mukha with buccal release. Mona will post pics & you’ll see the remarkable difference it has made to my face. I look younger, more relaxed & my jaw has reappeared. I’m the one with yellow eyebrows (ongoing process to remove SPMU). My sessions with Mona are relaxing & so uplifting, I feel like I want to look after myself better, eat better, exercise more; the treatment definitely works holistically. I’ve booked 2 more sessions and will continue one a fortnight because it’s brilliant & and effective. Mona is lovely; her studio is beautiful, comfortable & welcoming.

This was my first ever face yoga with buccal massage, and it was sublime. Mona massaged away knots I didn’t know I had. My shoulders, neck and jaw are less tense. Mona has such a lovely manner and I felt so relaxed I nodded off. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, it was amazing. My next appointment is booked. Highly recommend. It’s different from any other facial and it’s one of the best treatments iI’ve ever had.

The best experience from start to finish. Mona has such a beautiful space, you feel calm before your treatment even begins. I go for regular massages elsewhere but this is very unique. The buccal massage literally transformed my face where I was holding so much tension in my jaw. So pleased and look forward to returning 🙂💫

I was recommended Mukha by a friend, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed.Mona took the time to understand where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment accordingly. Her approach was skilled and intuitive, and I could feel tightness in my face, neck, and shoulders gradually release throughout the session.What surprised me most were the results afterwards — my face looked visibly lifted, refreshed, and more radiant, with a natural glow I wasn’t expecting.I left feeling lighter, calmer, and relaxed.
