Fantastic, comfortable, friendly and reassuring. More to the point: very versatile in terms of the type of therapy offered, digging into the patients individual needs. I have had two hypnotherapy sessions and to say I was shocked at the power of it is an understatement. Thank you so much :)

My husband has been seeing Lucy for a couple of months now and he is so happy with her service. She is a great listener, completely non-judgemental and allows him to feel supported and heard. Lucy is providing a bespoke package of counselling and hypnotherapy around childhood trauma, alcohol reliance, anxiety and self-esteem. We feel so blessed to have found Lucy and know that her support is invaluable.

Lucy has worked through my health anxiety issues with me for several weeks now,and i am now seeing massive improvement in me. From where i was to where i am now i am amazed by the journey of hypnotherapy ive been on and how much its done for me. To be even talking about coming to the end of my time working with Lucy shortly is mind blowing to me as i was in such bad place when Lucy started working with me. Never been to a counsellor before, so my first session was supposed to be nerve wracking for me. Surprise, it wasn't what I imagined at all, because Lucy made me feel safe and every subject was accepted as openly as possible. Fast forward after 2 months, we are still navigating through various bits, but I am a changed person and I have the feeling that I know Lucy for years now. Thank you!
