Michele took the time to explain exactly what the PRP treatment involved,answered every question I had in detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout every step.What stood out most was her gentle yet precise approach. I was a little unsure what to expect, but Michele’s expertise put me entirely at ease. The PRP treatment itself was far more comfortable than I anticipated.Michele is simply outstanding trustworthy skin therapist. I will definitely be returning and recommending her to everyone I know!

I thought my experience with pure calma was really lovely. All the treatments I had, I really enjoyed all very relaxing. Lovely surroundings, smells and sound. Hope to go back again really soon. Ellie is a wonderful therapist and lovely lady too.

Ellie was welcoming and knowledgeable and the facilities were clean and calming. It was my first time using an infrared sauna after doing some research about their health benefits and how it can be better tolerated by people that might find traditional sauna heat overwhelming. This was perfect for warming up on a cold evening and knowing that there are benefits makes it a winner! For those that can't tolerate the heat of a normal sauna and people like me who feel the winter cold in their bones, Pure Calma's infrared sauna is a must!

A beautifully designed place that stands out from the rest in Westbourne. Khianna has been my therapist for the past five years. Khianna has a very calming presence. And is absolutely lovely and makes me feel at ease every time I have an appointment. I Highly recommend Freeda!

First appointment today and I have to admit I felt a little nervous for some reason, however Michele and the team made me so welcome and were so kind - all was absolutely fine and pleased I’ve started on a little self improvement, which is never a bad thing. I highly recommend Freeda Clinic.
