Fantastic sports massage - Hannah listened to what I needed and tailored the massage to suit. The combo of massage, cups and scraping was exactly what I needed on problem areas. She’s also managed to shed some light on a niggly injury I’ve been struggling to rehab for a while. Thank you!🙌🏻

I have been going to Sophie for many years and every visit is a wonderful experience. She is professional, talented, and always makes me feel welcome and relaxed. My nails are never anything less than perfect, and her attention to detail is outstanding. Sophie consistently delivers beautiful results and takes great pride in her work. She is also a genuinely lovely person, kind, friendly, and caring, which makes every appointment even more enjoyable. I always leave feeling pampered and delighted. I would highly recommend Sophie to anyone looking for exceptional nails and excellent service. 💖

Hannah was great, as always! My back feels so much better after seeing her. I’ve been lifting3 days a week and played rugby at the weekend so it was in need of TLC. As a result of the massage I managed to hit a new PB on my bench press because my body felt great!

I was recommended sports massage to help with a shoulder injury. Hannah listened to me about my concerns, checked in while massaging to make sure the pressure was good and that my injury wasn’t hurting. She made me feel a lot better. Got rid of a lot of stiffness from the gym too! Would highly recommend

I had a massage from Hannah recently, and it was honestly just what I needed. I’d been struggling with some tightness and discomfort in my neck and upper back, but after the session, I noticed a huge difference—much more range of motion and a real sense of relief. The whole experience was not only therapeutic but also really calming. Grateful for the care and skill that went into it!
