I've been going to Sarah for massages for a while now, but this time I tried face reflexology and Reiki. I wasn't really sure what it was initially, but honestly it was so relaxing. The best way I can describe it is my body was still there but my mind had gone somewhere else. Such a strange feeling, but in the best way. My 12 year old son tried the reflexology too and he loved it. He's already asking when he can come back and try something else. Always come away feeling better after seeing Sarah. If you've been thinking about trying something different, I'd definitely recommend it.

After riding a motorcycle in the Himalayas in May 3500kms I was in need of some help! My neck and shoulders mainly but the massage and reiki was amazing. As a yoga teacher I was aware of tension in my body but Sarah's treatments released this and left me feeling relaxed, peaceful and restored 🙏

I absolutely love my nails! Emily is incredibly talented and pays such close attention to every detail. She made me feel so comfortable in her cozy space, and her warm, calm energy made the whole experience so relaxing. It felt like much more than a nail appointment, it was a chance to slow down, recharge, and have a lovely conversation. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I can’t recommend her enough!
