Estaba acostumbrada a hacerme masajes y me hice muchos cuando viví en Indonesia y en Tailandia. ¡Pero nunca me había sentido tan increíble como después del masaje sueco con María! ¡Qué manos tan maravillosas! Absolutamente perfectas. María es sencillamente encantadora. Desde el momento en que te recibe, transmite una energía estupenda. Salí del masaje completamente renovada y con una energía que no sentía desde hacía mucho tiempo. Fue el mejor masaje que me han hecho: nada de esa sensación de “una hora me supo a poco”. Fue perfecto.

I had a full-body relaxing massage with Marina, and it was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel comfortable right from the start and was incredibly friendly. Marina speaks English well, which made communication easy. Her technique was excellent. my body felt completely relaxed and calm afterward. She was truly amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Massage und dem gesamten Service bei KAIA-NAY. David ist sehr liebevoll und ist sehr auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen, er hat sich Zeit genommen und die Massage war einfach super und professionnel. Das Lokal ist sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl vom ersten Moment an. Ich kam mit starken Rückenverspannungen und ging ohne Schmerzen wieder nach Hause. Der Tee zum Schluss als kleines Extra war perfekt. Ich kann KAIA-NAY und die Massagen bei David strengstens empfehlen!

Great service! The deep tissue massage was excellent and the lady was super professional and nice. What is important you are able to take a shower post the massage which plays a role after some essential oil use to perform the massage. This convinced me to choose for my next stay this hotel so I can have my massages at the same place ! I strongly recommend!

Beautiful from start to finish! The spa is immaculate, small but has all the facilities you could want. The outdoor jacuzzi with sun beds is lovely! We had the whole place to ourselves which was a bonus. The 25min back massage was great, really thorough and relaxing. Staff are polite and great. Great value for money €108 for two 25min massages and access to the spa for an hour (we were in there an hour and 30mins and they didn’t ask us to leave) 5⭐️ highly recommend!!

I had an excellent sports massage with Brenda. She was brilliant from start to finish—highly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to ask about any problem areas and what I wanted her to focus on. I’ve regularly received massages from physios and sports masseuses over the years, but this was by far one of the best treatments I’ve had. An absolutely exceptional experience at The Island Wellness in Port d’Andratx. Jam was an amazing therapist so professional, intuitive, and calming. I especially loved the face massage and neck massage; they were incredibly relaxing and released so much tension. Every movement felt thoughtful and perfectly adapted to what I needed. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and completely renewed. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, and the whole experience felt truly luxurious.
