Alfira is highly experienced. Her technique and pressure were perfect, making the Thai stretching massage deeply relaxing and anxiety-free. I almost fell asleep! The premises are clean, tidy, and simple—exactly the kind of no-frills, high-value place we love. The occasional outside traffic and aircraft noise didn't disrupt the soothing background music or my experience. I even came back for a second visit the next day!

She was professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to relieve the tightness without using too much pressure. I felt much more relaxed after the massage. It’s my 2nd time visiting Natura and this time I tried their skincare line. The experience was really relaxing... I especially loved the facial session & shoulder massage 🥹 I forgot to ask for the therapist’s name, but she did a great job and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. One small suggestion: it would be nice if the therapist could briefly explain the products being used and their benefits, as I was a little confused 😅 Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience and would come again 🤍
