Wow Joy has to be the best in massage in Limerick , I look forward to my appointment so much, she has so much knowledge of the body and recovery from surgery. She also goes above and beyond by recommending other professionals and remedies when she feels they could help with the issue at hand. I have been going to Joy for over a year now, and I have noticed a significant difference in both my body and mind. I had just completed the limerick half marathon last weekend, and suffered with a really bad shin splint injury and general body fatigue and soreness. Claudia done a deep tissue massage and to say she worked a miracle is no lie. I was hobbling into the studio and was able to walk out of there with instant release and noticeably less pain . I would highly recommend Claudia for massage therapy ( and nails, also amazing) - the girl is an artist and a genius- go try it for yourself and thank me later!
