Had an appointment with Jess for pain in my upper arm. Jess was professional and knowledgeable explaining the treatment in detail and how she was going to treat it. I felt relaxed and confident in her as a therapist. Will be rebooking highly recommend!

First time experiencing the Japanese headspa treatment today, wow, what can I say? Hayley has a true passion and obvious talent for creating special, relaxing treatments in this amazing space. She is extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and put me at ease straight away. The setting was so tranquil, calm and relax-encouraging that i could have sat (or lay ) there in heaven for the whole day - a real retreat away from the business of everyday stresses and strains. The treatment was beneficial for my scalp and hair as well as for my mind and emotional wellbeing. Thank you Hayley,
