Kasy is very experienced and really knows her stuff. She worked her way through my many knots relieving a lot of tension especially in my back and legs. My first experience here was great! I received a warm welcome. The consultation was very useful and the team were able to easily identify the areas causing me problems in my shoulders, neck and back. I received cupping, acupuncture and a massage focused on these areas; all treatments were very therapeutic and relaxing and the problematic areas already feel less tense. I’d recommend At Home Holistic Therapies to friends/family and I’d go again!
