My first visit, made to feel very relaxed. The healing was explained well. Excellent after care support. I'm looking forward to my next session.

Had a lovely relaxing treatment but I thought it was an hour and a half duration so was quite surprised when I realised it had only been for and hour and a quarter - very relaxing though

Thank you to the two Laurens for being such lovely people. I had a bit of a wobble this morning & they both put me completely at ease. Thank you so much for my deep tissue back massage. I finally managed to relax & was made to feel so comfortable. It was exactly what I needed

My lymphatic drainage massage with Elena was absolutely amazing! I went in wanting to address unevenness in my posture and to “depuff” a bit. After assessing how to achieve the results I wanted, she walked me through the process to let me know what to expect during and after the treatment. Not only was the experience super relaxing, I felt the effects as soon as I stood up. I have a larger chest, so being able to push my shoulders back usually hurts - after the treatment I could stand so much straighter! My face and stomach also had a noticeably slimmer look. Will definitely be coming back:)

I’ve visited Elena at Soma Therapeutics twice for holistic LDM and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her practice. Each treatment was different, thoughtfully tailored to what my body needed that day, and left me feeling lighter and more comfortable. Elena uses both her hands and wood therapy tools, with an odourless base oil. The room has wonderful chi, smells dreamy and includes lovely personal touches. She’s warm, attentive and genuinely lovely. I’m excited to follow her continued education and highly recommend her.

Consistently a good experience. I am a bit phobic about certain things. Carmen is the only person I trust to touch my face x
