It was a last minute experience I booked and needed something desperately. I didn't know what to expect but the information of the experience sounded just what I needed to help with stress and emotional tension. The location was easy to find and Barbara even sent a helpful text on where to park as well. I was welcomed at the door and made to feel at ease and safe. Barbara talked me through it briefly and then began. The experience itself was wonderful, it was also very relaxing and super interesting to feel the different sensations. I highly recommend this and will definitely rebook again

Every appointment is such a lovely experience and my lashes always come out perfect, and exactly how I like them every single time. Lovely calm atmosphere; had three consecutive treatments, brows, facial and nails. Each dine with care and thoughtfulness facial includes a wonderful head massage and attention to tightness in the neck. . Left feeling really happy and relaxed

Sharon has a lovely relaxing space and she always puts you at ease. I have had Indian head and full body massages and both have been amazing. After the full body message, i felt like I had a new body! Would thoroughly recommend.

Recently moved to Stevenage so first time visiting Katie and she didn’t disappoint. Made me feel so comfortable, easy to talk to and most of all made my brows look fab. Will definitely be returning and getting more treatments!

Just had a massage and facial massage with the lovely Barbara and I can honestly say it’s the best massage I’ve had. I’ve been to champneys, aqua Sana and few others but this totally beats them hands down. Barbara is friendly and very welcoming and I felt at ease straight away. Amazing! Thank you so much Barbara. I had the Gold Glow Nanoneedling LED Facial with Ahisha and it was honestly one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the experience felt so calming and luxurious and yes, there was actual gold on my face! My skin felt deeply refreshed, glowy, and pampered afterward. Ahisha is so gentle, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely at ease. Highly recommend if you want results and relaxation.

PERFECT full body massage!, Amy knew exactly which areas needed firmer pressure and combined this with some more relaxing techniques which is honestly EXACTLY what I was after, having had lots of massages over the years this a rare skill to have! Amy isn’t just a fantastic beauty therapist, she’s also very friendly and polite and made me feel welcome from the get go, her professionalism shone before during and after my massage, I honestly can’t wait to go back! If there was the option of more than 5 stars then Amy would certainly get that, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
