One of the best massages I've had in this area, if not the best. Natalie helped work out the knots but also made it a relaxin, enjoyable experience. She gave me some helpful tips, sharing her knowledge with me to optimise my health and well-being. I can't wait for my next massage!

I had my first treatment today, Sophie was so knowledgeable, yet humble. It was clear from our brief consultation that she knows what she's talking about;hormones, nervous system, body stress etc. She's very attuned to different people's bodies, I felt she knew what I needed pretty quickly. Sophie goes deep, beyond the physical aspects of a 'massage'. My actual treatment today was unlike any IV had before, each movement was with such considered intent and purpose, tackling multiple release points. I had a lymphatic drainage hybrid. I'm at complete ease of knowing I'm in good hands.

The most amazing experience with Paola. She was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival and went through what she would be doing in the treatment. Paula was amazing! The most warm and welcoming experience I have ever had! I went for a hollywood wax so not the most relaxing treatment itself, however Paula made me feel so calm.. . I was quite anxious and slightly dreading going for the treatment as it’s my second time ever having it after a bad first experience. I never thought i’d say this, but I enjoyed the treatment and meeting Paula! I felt so comfortable, it was almost painless!! Paula is Hockley Heaths best kept secret! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you!!

I so look forward to my sessions at Aestherapy. They help my Lipedema symptoms so much but it's also really relaxing and I just thoroughly enjoy Sophie's company. She is warm, friendly, professional and highly skilled. She so deserves how busy it is getting - book well in advance as slots fill up fast!

When having my eyebrows done I was amazed at how natural they look the whole experience was so relaxing from start to finish I felt really comfortable, and relaxed enough to fall asleep why having it done, I wouldn’t say it was really painful there was some discomfort at times but no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Paola made me feel at ease it was very clinical I could see that cleanliness is high on her agenda. I couldn’t fault it. I would definitely like to re book for a massage and facial thank you so much you have a beautiful spa that smells amazing. You did an amazing job

An excellent neck and back massage in a comfortable and warm environment. Whilst being very professional Natalie is very welcoming and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and provided expert advice on specific exercises to help in easing my symptoms. After my relaxing massage, I would highly recommend Natalie and Urban Soul Holistic Therapy.
