Indulged in the Pumpkin Pamper Hour with Yvonne and what a treat it is. Just relax and let the team do what they do best. Came away after a lovely foot scrub, back scrub, back massage, facial and foot massage smelling lovely and feeling very relaxed. Thank you for this fab treatment... Just a shame it's only on for a month 😁

Just had a tailored massage with Leigh. I have had a number of surgeries in the last 6 months for cancer and abdominal surgery. My body is sore and fragile and was in need of some TLC. I know that Leigh has trained in various massage techniques including post surgery healing and the lymphatic system care. Leigh tailored this gentle relaxing treatment to suit my current healing level. I was shown how to work with my scars and how to support my skin healing safely. I left feeling lighter in my mind and body for the first time in months. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs extra care

Just had my second appointment with Elena for a leg/foot massage. After the first leg treatment I felt so much better and again today, thank you Elena. I absolutely loved the Hydrotherm massage today! I was relaxed immediately and the heat on my back was so relaxing and pain relieving. As I have chronic pain, I find massage really helps and this massage is now my new favorite. Having a back massage without having to lay on my front was so beneficial and comfortable i have felt so calm all day and my muscles feel really soothed .. I can't wait to have this again x thank you x

Lovely experience with Leigh today. She made me feel really welcome, giving professional advice and putting me straight at ease about my treatment which I had never had before, which was a lymphatic drained massage. I have M.E. and have had massages before which left me relaxed and eased my pain for maybe an hour, but the effects of this particular treatment has left me feeling continually relaxed all day and eased some of my pain. Can't wait to see how I feel over the next few days.

Serenity hour today; lovely treatment with Yvonne. Love the flexibility of the massage element, today we did shoulders, neck and arms instead of the standard back massage. Always include the reflexology, so relaxing.

Had a lymphatic massage and honestly it was sooo good. Super relaxing but also felt like it actually did something—left feeling really light and refreshed after. Leigh was really lovely too and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. Definitely one of the better treatments I’ve had in a while. Would 100% go back and recommend if you’re thinking about trying it!

Another lovely back massage with Elana that really worked through my tension without ever feeling uncomfortable. The pressure was spot on and very effective.
