I visited Davina today for body brushing and moisturising. This exfoliating treatment involved brushing my body in long strokes towards my heart using two brushes of slightly different stiffness. I was then moisturised. The treatment lasted 30 minutes. The session was relaxing as I knew what to expect as Davina explained the process prior to beginning. As the treatment lasts 30 minutes it would be worth following up with a nice massage. This treatment is an excellent start to a beach ready body.

Karen was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She was able to quickly figure out the cause of my pain, and stayed focused on the problem areas, with check ins to ensure it was always comfortable. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful experience, I was feeling a little nervous as it has been a while since I have received a massage. Karen is so welcoming and kind I felt at ease straight away . My massage was so lovely and I walked out so relaxed and happy 😊 greatly recommend 😊🤩

I had microneedling done today. It was just perfect. Lovely treatment room, clean environment and she was very friendly. I felt soo relaxed afterwards🥰 Definitely highly recommend to all my friends and family! I am coming back for more very soon!!!
