Amazing experience! The head spa treatment is fantastic, and includes a lot more than most with foot mask, face mask and neck, shoulder and arm massage included. So relaxing, and a great treat for yourself. Was a little hungover and left my morning appointment completely rejuvenated, new hangover cure!

Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.

As a 32-year-old trying a radio frequency facial for the first time today, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was amazing! The warm sensation felt like a soothing massage, with no discomfort at all. Right after, my skin felt smoother, and I could already see a healthy glow. I’ve been for a few trigger point massages now, and they never disappoint. The knots and tension I didn’t even know I had just melt away every time. The pressure is firm but never too much, and I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely refreshed. It’s one of the few things that truly helps with my stubborn tightness. I can’t recommend it enough—this is hands down the best way to reset after a tough week!

I had a trigger point massage this morning to help with my migraines, and it really made a difference. The massage itself was focused but not too intense, and I could feel the knots easing up. By the time I left, I felt a lot less tension in my head and shoulders, and my head felt clearer. If you get migraines or have a lot of muscle tension, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It was super helpful!

I had a facial with neck and shoulder massage and feel so relaxed. My skin has been really dry and peeling as a result of tretinoin use and my facial was adapted to help combat this - with a custom mixed clay mask included. The scalp massage was lovely and my skin is now glowing!

The Japanese head spa is absolutely amazing! Adele did a fabulous treatment and explained everything throughout the process. I didn't realise there's so much included in the treatment, foot massage and booties, arm and hand massage plus face mask. Fantastic value! Can definitely recommend to anyone and you will receive a first class service.
