Excellent care and experience from Daisy. Her knowledge, skills and attitude towards her professional practice gets better and better. Today she explained the differences between the two Thai massages with so thoroughly I made an appointment for the Thai Dumpling Massage. After today’s visit to the Salon I left feeling wonderful after a range of treatments concluding with a short spell in the Sauna suggested by Daisy. What bliss, I could feel my muscles relaxing. I left the Salon feeling on top of the world. A very big thank you Daisy and to Your Mentor Louisa.

Fantastic! We were the first customers. Beautifully relaxing place. All the staff were very accommodating. They are testing a new booking system and it had not gone through so had a short wait while the sauna heated and the ice bath chilled. Offered us multiple free coffees for the inconvenience. Which we were more than happy with. Lovely and clean. Modern. Nice corner to relax in. Will 100% be back. The sauna is hot and the ice bath is not. Very well priced

Fantastic thank you Louisa and Daisy. We absolutely loved our spa morning. It was so relaxing. Every part of the morning was perfection. The steam room was spotlessly clean, as was the sauna. They were both set at perfect temperatures. The relaxation room was wonderful, to the smallest detail. There were so many choices of seating to relax in; we both loved the massage couches and I enjoyed sitting in the egg swing chair. The lighting, lights, diffusers and music were all tasteful and helped us to have a chilled out session. Louisa and Daisy were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble.

Janice gives the best massages! I go for a full body aromatherapy massage and I always feel better afterwards. She works the knots in my back so well, and a day or two later I really feel the benefits! I cannot recommend Janice enough to you, she really cares about her clients and is such a lovely person. I had a neck , shoulder and back aromatherapy massage today with Janice. It was my first time having a massage so was a little nervous but Janice was so kind and caring ...made me feel so at ease. I felt so relaxed under a heated blanket to start. Then lovely warm oil used to massage my back. It was really soothing but she also applied pressure on areas i hold tension. It was perfect and didnt want it to end. I will definatley be returning again. A very professional service.

Wow what an amazing massage today with Lousia, if you haven't tried the 'Thai Dumpling' that Lousia has trained for while in Thailand you are missing out. I didn't think anything was more relaxing, therapeutic or rewarding as a hot stone massage but this new treatment that Lousia is now offering is incredibly the best ever...you need to get booked in, its amazing. Hands down the best treatment I’ve ever had. From start to finish I was in absolute heaven. The Sea Magik Yogassage Sculpting Seaweed Facial was deeply relaxing yet incredibly effective — I left feeling completely restored, sculpted and glowing. The combination of massage, products and care was just perfection. I honestly didn’t want it to end. If you’re considering this treatment, book it. You won’t regret it.

Amazing experience! The head spa treatment is fantastic, and includes a lot more than most with foot mask, face mask and neck, shoulder and arm massage included. So relaxing, and a great treat for yourself. Was a little hungover and left my morning appointment completely rejuvenated, new hangover cure!

As a 32-year-old trying a radio frequency facial for the first time today, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was amazing! The warm sensation felt like a soothing massage, with no discomfort at all. Right after, my skin felt smoother, and I could already see a healthy glow. It’s a relaxing, non-invasive treatment perfect for boosting skin’s appearance. While it’s too soon for long-term results, I’m excited to see how it progresses and will definitely consider more sessions!

I’ve been for a few trigger point massages now, and they never disappoint. The knots and tension I didn’t even know I had just melt away every time. The pressure is firm but never too much, and I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely refreshed. It’s one of the few things that truly helps with my stubborn tightness. I can’t recommend it enough—this is hands down the best way to reset after a tough week!

Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.

I had a facial with neck and shoulder massage and feel so relaxed. My skin has been really dry and peeling as a result of tretinoin use and my facial was adapted to help combat this - with a custom mixed clay mask included. The scalp massage was lovely and my skin is now glowing!
