It was a lovely session—very calm and relaxing. Sylvia thought of every detail, from a little box for your jewellery to a warm, cosy massage bed and even a takeaway tea to enjoy afterwards. Be prepared to be massaged from top to toe, slowly and thoroughly 🙂 I couldn’t recommend it more.

I had a microneedling facial with Jade and the whole experience was lovely. She made me feel so welcome and relaxed from the start. The shoulder, neck and facial massage was amazing and really helped relieve my jaw tension. Jade checked I was comfortable throughout the microneedling and explained the aftercare clearly. Even the ice-cold bottle of water at the end was a lovely touch. My skin already feels firmer, plumper and has a beautiful natural glow. I highly recommend Jade!

Mo is amazing as always. Her kind nature, gentle touch and comfy room make for a very relaxing treatment, so much so I always struggle to stay awake! Mo really takes the time to get to know you, and when I book in, it feels like I'm popping round to see a good friend (who then rubs my feet haha!). Highly recommended xxxx

Incredible experience. I’ve had two sessions so far, and Lea has really helped relieve my knots and tension from chronic pain. The environment is very relaxing, and she even followed up with instructions on exercises I can do at home to help relax the muscles. Very caring and attentive. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve had several reflexology treatments with Sylvia and every single one has been amazing. Today I had my very first Swedish massage — and it was absolutely incredible! Having had massages before with a well-known company, I can honestly say today’s was by far the best. It was so relaxing and soothing from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a truly calming and professional experience. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

Bun is amazing. I’ve had two long sports massages now at Moradok and thought they were the best I’ve had in Southampton. I need regular massages due to my job and a lot of stress in my life. I couldn’t recommend Lea more highly. She has a natural talent for feeling where I have stress, Strain and tension. Her treatments are so so much more than just facials and massages. Once you’ve had one you won’t be able to stop seeing her. She has helped with my neck pain, tension, anxiety, pain and my skin looks 10 years younger after a treatment. She is AMAZING.

I really enjoyed the Swedish massage. She used the perfect pressure and thoughtfully asked throughout the session if I was okay. It made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.I nearly slept at the end of the session lol :D thanks for the excellent service
