Leon was a professional the massage room had an amazing feeling. The plants smell set the massage off to a perfect start, absolutely amazing. Such warm healing hands and the massage was the best as the next day I could move better than usual and felt so good. Shame it can't be that way every day. But 💯 % and more the oil smells good too. Truly amazing yet again! I came to Samantha a few months ago for a Lymphatic drainage massage! And now followed up with a 90 full massage. Thanks to Samantha my swollen legs have gone down loads and now all my tension has been worked out of the rest of my body. Highly recommend. I will be making this a regular thing :)

Amazing massage with Tara - talked me through the issues I had and made me feel at ease straight away. Plenty of laughter and the best sports massage I have had. Will definitely be going back when I need to; no hard sales push from Tara who told me to listen to my body and I will know when I need to see her again. Cannot recommend this lovely lady enough. 5 stars all the way !!

Claire provides a calm, welcoming space and a nurturing experience - it is amazing how intuitive her ability to target problem areas and help to release tension and stress. I would wholeheartedly recommend plymstock reflexology.

Tara was warm, friendly and really helped me understand and ease my niggle in my hip. 10/10 would recommend to a friend 🙏🏽👌🏽

First time for me. All the reviews I read were NOT wrong. Ruby is fantastic. I was made to feel very welcome. Her room has the real feel good factor, instantly relaxing, the aroma is beautiful and peaceful music playing during massage. After listening to my 'story', what i would like etc. Ruby explained clearly to me what the massage will do and how it works, like the science behind it. That was great as well. I'm booked in again already. I feel I can already highly recommend Ruby. This is now part of my 'self-care' plan. Which I've neglected for too long. I feel wonders will be worked. X

Ruby is excellent. I had a bespoke deep tissue massage which also combined cupping. The treatment was everything I was hoping for. I’ve been very knotted in my back and neck for a long time and Ruby really knows her stuff. I’ll be booking again for sure.

Ruby held the space with grace, I felt very comforted by her manner and ability to tailor the massage to my needs. The massage itself was soothing and deeply nourishing, the time flew by and I floated out feeling calm and centred. Thank you Ruby, I’ll be booking in again soon x
