Very relaxing experience and also very true to the Manual lymphatic drainage massage. Other MLD massages I have had does not tap into all the individual lymph nodes as I have experienced today. Would highly recommend.

Faiza made me feel very comfortable and I had a great full body massage she was extra attentive to my problem areas. The location is great, welcoming and very relaxing. My first visit to Elements Spa and my first ever microneedling treatment couldn’t have been better. Hayley was so considerate and made me feel completely at ease.
