Had my first visit with Bobbi today and honestly she was amazing from start to finish. Professional, welcoming, and instantly made me feel comfortable. I've been going to Elena for my tattoo removal treatments for more than six months, and I can honestly say she is incredibly patient and never rushes the process. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but Kylie put me at ease, with her professional but friendly approach. The massage was such a relief for my tight and knotty shoulders. A bit tender at times, but Kylie helped me breathe through it. This is more than an ordinary relaxing massage, it’s definitely therapeutic, and tailored to my specific needs.
