Rachel is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in her field, her venue is welcoming & relaxing- I didn’t want to leave! I had a pamper session at Serene S Aesthetics as a birthday present. I had an incredible experience. I was booked a full body Swedish massage, brow tint, underarm wax and a pedicure, and every single service was 10/10. The massage was deeply relaxing that I fell asleep, my brows have never looked better, and my pedicure is absolutely flawless. Facial lymphatic drainage Lovely, relaxing experience. Nadia, professional as always, put me at ease before she began the treatment. I have never had this treatment before. Nadia used various techniques to apply gentle pressure to my face and before long I found myself in a very relaxed state. After the treatment Nadia gave me time to gather myself together. Looking in the mirror in the treatment room I could definately see and feel a difference to my skin and even my facial expression was relaxed. Loved it and would thoroughly recommend Nadia and this treatment. Thankyou

I thoroughly enjoy my visits.. I have a facial lymphatic drainage massage and then a scalp massage.. everything is gorgeous, the warm room, the relaxing music and Rachel’s massages are absolutely wonderful .. I am now a regular and after my neck and lower face lift the massages make a huge difference to the swelling, pain , numbness and puffiness !! I am hooked 😊😊😊

Rachel made the entire experience feel calming and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She has such a warm, caring nature that instantly puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable and relaxed. Her kindness and professionalism stood out straight away, and it felt like I was completely looked after throughout the whole appointment. The massage itself was exceptional. Rachel clearly has so much skill and knowledge in what she does, and every movement felt thoughtful and perfectly tailored to what my body needed.

Rachel is without a doubt the best massage therapist! You feel instant relief after visiting Rachel and she truly knows what she is doing.
