The therapist was warm, knowledgeable, took time to understand my needs, explained after care instructions & checked how I was feeling next day. The gentle yet effective technique helped reduce bloating, improve circulation, and left me feeling lighter and refreshed. The space was clean, calm and welcoming. I even slept better that night. Highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to detox, reduce puffiness, or feel more relaxed. I’ll definitely return.

My experience was great, Jack was very attentive and listened well to what I wanted. The massage was spot on, deep but enjoyable and immediately after I felt a lot of improvement in the specific areas that I required work on. I will definitely be returning :)

Absolutely fantastic! I booked a sports massage for after the GNR despite feeling nervous because I'd never had one before. Jack explained everything perfectly and sought out my opinion about where needed worked on. Never awkward and totally laid back. I feel so much looser - I'll definitely be back 🩷

Brilliant, I was anxious about getting cupping hijama done, Annah created a friendly calming environment. I felt very relaxed. The procedure was quick, efficient and I didn't feel any pain. Definitely recommend.
