I’ve had several treatments with Helen now and I’m genuinely impressed every single time. She is highly professional, and creates such a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I have had many massages over the years but Lalita is amazing, I never wanted the treatment to end. From the start of the massage to the finish, Lalita made me feel so relaxed, the massage was firm and with the addition of the hot stones-it felt fantastic. I can honestly say that this was the best facial head neck and shoulder massage I’ve ever had. My sleeping has recently been very poor and after visiting Hayley I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated and managed a blissful 2 hours sleep. I highly recommend Hayley

The best massage I’ve ever had – and I’ve had quite a few! I went in for a lymphatic drainage massage, and it has done me a world of good. I occasionally suffer from blocked lymph nodes, and after today’s session, I feel brand new. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I can already feel the benefits and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
