Such an incredible and relaxing massage. A beautiful spacious and warm therapy room and I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Nicola is a lovely therapist and can say this is one of the best massages I've ever had.

I went to Becky for a dermabrasion facial followed by an hour long massage and left floating out of her salon. I have had a lot of massages and love to pamper myself but I have to say hands down the massage is the best I’ve ever had. Perfect pressure and firmness and really relaxing. I love that Becky acknowledges that this is an hour for you to enjoy so doesn’t talk (which sometimes I feel compelled that I have to) it really makes you switch off and relax. The scent of the oil is really lovely too. The salon is lovely and warm too. I would encourage anyone to go for a massage with Becky

Such an amazing place. Hospitable and friendly staff. My masseur excellent and he definitely got my knots and tight muscles. I will definitely be coming back every time I visit Milton Keynes.

I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x

Becky is so warm and welcoming and I can honestly say I have had two full body massages and both have been incredible. I enjoy a good massage and go to lots of spas and I can honestly say hers is right up there. So relaxing but with the right amount of pressure to undo knots and tension. I really like the fact she can ancient throughout and says it’s for you to truly relax and not feel like you have to make co variation. I felt that once I know that I can truly shutoff and enjoy the treatment. Really happy and the price is inline with what other salons would charge.

Review for Nicky – Thai Massage (by Karthik) I’ve had several Thai massages before, but this one with Nicky has truly been the best experience ever. My muscle tension in the neck and shoulders has improved dramatically, and even my ear ringing (tinnitus) has gotten about 90% better after a few sessions. Nicky has an incredible ability to identify and work on problem areas — she found all the knots around my spinal C1–C2 area and released them perfectly. Now everything feels smoother, my muscles are relaxed, and my overall energy feels restored.

I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! We ha a truly wonderful experience at Ruen Thai! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully relaxing. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. The massage itself was amazing — easily one of the best I’ve had. Hands down the BEST massage I've ever had in my entire life!! (And I've had a lot of massages!). Nicky found knots I've had for years and really worked on them. I thought after all this time of having them, it wouldn't be possible to work them out (other masseuses have tried and failed!), but Nicky really got in there and made me feel so limber! I haven't felt this supple in years! I will 100% be back here as regularly as I can. The staff are so friendly and kind, and seem to know exactly what you need. I'm so happy to have found such an incredible massage place!

I've had many massages and Nicola's was one of the best I've ever had. The deep tissue was perfectly firm, and slowly and smoothly worked out a few knots. I’m a regular visit to Becky at All About You Beauty Therapy for all of my beauty treatments, in a tranquil and warm environment I can forget all of the worries of my day and truly relax. Amazing aromatherapy massage. The spa was clean, relaxing and welcoming, and the massage left me feeling completely refreshed. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly, attentive and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
