I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Joen, she is an expert masseuse and has very strong hands and was able to work on my pain areas. I had such a wonderful experience. She is incredibly talented and truly skilled at what she does. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up, which made it easy to fully relax from the moment I arrived. She listened carefully to what I needed and worked thoughtfully to address areas of tension. I left feeling noticeably better. Arrived at 2.10 for 2.20 appointment. No receptionist, no meet and greet until my therapist collected me at 2.20. I also witnessed a client walk in to make an appointment and leave again because no one available to deal with her. Surprised that Cecily Marlow don’t recognise how important a receptionist is to the business.
