Jo is a simply wonderful human — warm, professional and incredibly talented. Every treatment leaves me feeling relaxed, restored and so much better than when I arrived. My first time here, the massage was brilliant , so lovely , targeted the areas I really needed. The place has a really calm feel there, lovely and clean .Would definitely be back .

I tried the 'Massage and ME' treatment for the first time and Jo created the perfect bespoke treatment for me. It was a very hot day so Jo used some cold stones which were amazingly refreshing. Jo also really thought about which oils would suit the treatment best as well as the weather and my mood. The whole treatment from start to finish was excellent, I even started and ended my day with a special guided meditation created by Jo just for me. I finished the treatment having gone into the most wonderful meditative state, it was incredible and the feeling of calm lasted me all day, so dreamy.
