I have been going to Polly for 4 years now and honestly her massages get better every time. I workout a lot so my body gets quite stiff but after my massage with Polly I always feel like a new women. Hands gifted from god!! 10/10 always ❤️

Leana was such a brilliant massage therapist. I had been having pain and tension around my neck and shoulder with my five month old baby and the serum with her really made a difference.I particularly liked the assisted stretching therapy. This is something I would certainly recommend and be keen to come back to myself!

I’ve never had a massage (Swedish/ sports/ other) that’s released my muscles like Anna’s did. She worked on my glutes and back, and it felt like my whole nervous system relaxed. When I got home my body just wanted sleep, and I had the deepest sleep. Maybe a coincidence but my resting heart rate has dropped since the massage, and my HRV has gone up. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

My first time at beauty Lab and first time getting my brows laminated. What a difference it makes to my face. Shagol was amazing, she made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with it being my first time. I also had a facial to deep cleanse my skin which was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. Very very happy overall with the service and results. Thank you.

I really appreciated this experience. Assisted stretching with Tanya felt less like a service and more like being cared for by a friend. From the start, I felt completely at ease. She created such a calm, relaxing space and was attentive throughout. Every stretch felt tailored, and I left feeling lighter and more open. It was natural, unhurried, and truly restorative. You can tell she genuinely cares. I’m so grateful. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Tanya to anyone needing a reset.

She was incredibly attentive, taking great care with every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I recently had my first assisted stretch session and it was such a wonderful experience. Tanya was incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in, which instantly put me at ease. The space itself had such a relaxing atmosphere — exactly what you’d want before a stretch session. I left feeling noticeably lighter, both physically and mentally. I had the most wonderful massage and facial today, and I can’t recommend Polly enough. As a new mum, this was my first treatment since giving birth, and it was exactly what I needed. I felt completely relaxed and cared for.
