Agata is very professional, but what stood out to me most was how attentive and thoughtful she was throughout the whole massage. She really listened to what I needed and paid close attention to every detail, which made the experience feel very personal. I left feeling much lighter, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. You can tell she puts real care into what she does, and that made a big difference for me. I would definitely come back. The place is modern, clean, and has everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed.

Leana was such a brilliant massage therapist. I had been having pain and tension around my neck and shoulder with my five month old baby and the serum with her really made a difference.I particularly liked the assisted stretching therapy. This is something I would certainly recommend and be keen to come back to myself!

I've tried other forms of physio based therapy and Tanya's stretchled is top tier. She knows her stuff and I always leave feeling more mobile, relaxed and just better in my body. Defo recommend 👌🏾

I really appreciated this experience. Assisted stretching with Tanya felt less like a service and more like being cared for by a friend. From the start, I felt completely at ease. She created such a calm, relaxing space and was attentive throughout. Every stretch felt tailored, and I left feeling lighter and more open. It was natural, unhurried, and truly restorative. I’ve never had a massage (Swedish/ sports/ other) that’s released my muscles like Anna’s did. She worked on my glutes and back, and it felt like my whole nervous system relaxed. When I got home my body just wanted sleep, and I had the deepest sleep. Maybe a coincidence but my resting heart rate has dropped since the massage, and my HRV has gone up. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

Today I had the Rejuvenate Skin Rocks facial and it was AMAZING. I had such an amazing experience! The aromatherapy massage was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep twice. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly, just how I like them. Polly was absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to, and made me feel safe and completely at ease throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy with both treatments.
