I was hesitant as I have never had anything other than a sports massage, but it was a wonderful experience. Very professional, talks through anything so you know what to expect. I have an injury and I have been given a few stretches and home massage remedies that will help. I had a deep tissue massage and it really helped relieve my aches and pains. If you are thinking about it, just do it. You will feel so much better. Will definitely be booking again. Excellent value for money, really enjoyed it. Very clean, the room was very calm and this aided in a truly relaxing experience. 10/10.

Great morning with Neil. A terrific help. I’d recently been told I’ve Plantar fasciitis (yes, I thought that too) and was thinking not another “thing” to go wrong with my left leg/foot. Neil pointed out that it would be connected to my glutes (again). Brilliant news, I thought, as I can begin to fix that - back to strengthening my glutes! Neil is a real blessing to me. I highly recommend him, he is full of helpful knowledge, quick to give insightful practical tips & exercise techniques to remedy issues and provides excellent massages! Thx Neil

Fantastic! I really needed some urgent help as I’d got myself (or my body) in quite a pickle. When you over do it having had brain surgery, your nervous system can suddenly go haywire, which in turn causes your muscles to tense up (in particular, your weaker side). Neil, very kindly offered me a slot the next working day & went to work. The day after, my body had recovered significantly from the pain & I was able to relax again. What a relief to have Neil on hand. I’m grateful for his expertise & compassion.

Can’t rate Tracey highly enough, feeling so relaxed and definitely have more energy. If you’ve never tried reiki before give it a go. Tracey is so professional and really makes you feel at ease, it’s like meeting up with a good friend.

I haven't been able to visit Pat for a few months due to dislocating and fracturing my shoulder so I was a little bit nervous of seeing her today, but I needn't have worried, Pat got her magic fingers working on my muscles adjusting the pressure as necessary and telling me which muscles are still healing. It was lovely to see her again and feel so much better after my amazing massage ❤️
