Carole is amazing at what she does! She really cares about your journey and what you want to get out of Relfexology. I feel so much better in myself, I seem to have had a release and feel less stressed also! The Reflexology room is so calming. During the session I was so relaxed, I haven’t felt like that in a long time! Thank you so much, I can’t wait to come back ✨💕 x

Discovering this place has been by far the best thing I have done for my health. They always find the knots I didn't know I had, and I have had significantly less pain and much better mobility since I started getting deep tissue massages here. Absolutely recommend.

What a gorgeous experience. I could have stayed relaxed on the heated bed all day. I felt lighter after my lymphatic drainage massage - so much so that I needed to focus on walking and not floating out ☺️

This was the 1st time I had a The Ultimate Lymphatic Ritual ( and it won’t be the last) - I didn’t know what to expect, Sophie explained what she was doing and why. With this package I got the benefit of a massage ( to help relieve aches) and the lymphatic drainage. I felt so relaxed afterwards, and this morning I felt good. Looking forward to the next one.

This was my first ever reflexology session and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. During the session I felt very relaxed and calm. Afterwards I felt lighter, more balanced, and surprisingly refreshed. It was a gentle, soothing experience that left me feeling better than I expected.
