Liz is the only person I trust implicitly with my back. I met Liz when I was at a real low with back pain after two pregnancies and carrying small children. After a course of deep tissue massage I have actually found something that works for me, whilst also giving me a rare chance to relax. She is a wizard!

Liz is fantastic as always! She has such a warm, calming energy that puts you at ease the moment she arrives. Her massages are not only deeply relaxing but also incredibly effective. She takes the time to understand where you're holding tension and offers thoughtful advice and stretches tailored to your problem areas. Booked in with Liz for a 90 minute deep tissue treatment from home. Liz was very personable yet professional throughout the booking process as well as in my appointment. The treatment targeted my back, shoulders and neck as these are my areas of discomfort from working a physical job and for the first time in a long time I have no pain.
