Apart from the towels feeling a bit damp and a very rushed massage she was actually great as her massage was good. Very lively lady. I have another appt with her. I didn't get the chance to tell her about the towels I'd forgotten. It felt rushed I think because I had a half an hour appt which I knew about. I think because there was so much info I gave her bless her she was trying to accommodate everything.

very thorough, and gave very practical suggestions to aid recovery, and to use in future. I left feeling a lot better for the consultation.

A really good session with Lisa! I can now lift my knee high enough to put my knickers on without falling over and with a little more concentration I no longer waddle when walking but now have a wonderful swagger - I'd call that a positive result 😂

I had my first treatment of Scare Therapy with Lisa and it was a revelation! I had never heard of it before, over the last 20 years I have had more than 30 surgeries, each one leaving me weaker and uncomfortable but Lisa was able to release the scare tissue and surrounding muscles giving me relief for the first time in 18 years after multiple spinal surgeries. Don't suffer with scar tissue, know that there is a solution and you can feel better and get more movement post surgery. I highly recommend this treatment but also the practice, they go above and beyond

Phenomenal, as always. An appointment with Lisa always provides a safe space with lots of reassurance. Plenty of support and encouragement in how to self-manage longer term too, which is much appreciated. Thanks, Lisa!
