I had an amazing experience during my recent sports massage with Chris. From the moment I walked in the environment was welcoming and I instantly felt at ease. It’s clear that Chris is incredibly knowledgeable about sports massage techniques, and he really took the time to address my specific problem areas. I asked him to focus on my legs and lower back, which always seem to stiffen up from my regular workouts. His skilled application of technique and the right amount of pressure completely relieved the tension and removed and niggles I had. I can't recommend Chris enough

Really enjoyed my treatments my so far with Kenley, I wanted to add some me-time to my routine and she didn't disappoint. Indian Head Massage was lovely and the Mini Deluxe Facial was fantastic. I left feeling relaxed, calm and the knots in my shoulder were eased. Looking forward to coming again.

Ive been going here since Lynette took over. Had various treatments from biab nails, reflexology, spray tan, waxing and tinting, sunbeds, all superb and expertly carried out by staff..today was facial with Charley 5 star 🌟 from start to finish, skin feels amazing and the added bonus of scalp and neck massage. Always a pleasure to visit for treatments ,staff a credit to salon 😀 always come out smiling

Kenley was amazing. I had a scrub, which felt really satisfying and I'm sure will help with a problem area, and then a facial and neck/shoulder massage which felt incredible. I have walked out a different person! Would highly recommend Kenley

I had an excellent experience with Chris, I came both during and after training for a marathon and it really helped freshen up my legs, iron out any slight niggles and tension I was feeling and improve my recovery. Chris was very thorough and professional taking more time and care over specific areas I was feeling more tightness and I definitely felt the benefits after each session. I would highly recommend a massage with Chris!

Wow! One of the nicest treatments I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and every detail felt thoughtfully done. Emma went above and beyond with little touches that made the experience feel so personal and calming. I felt completely looked after from start to finish. Been to see Chris a few times now for issues I've had with my shoulder/back and he's able to pin point the issue, remedy it and offer advice afterwards. I've also been to him for maintenance massages and a pre marathon leg massage, all of which have helped me to keep training snag free. Couldn't recommend him enough!
