I had a lovely experience with Sam. It was my first massage (back,shoulder and neck) and it was great. I also had a facial and again it was so relaxing. Sam talked me through what she was doing. We had a great conversation and a laugh too,she was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable and I found her so easy to talk to. Fully recommend Sam 🥰

Katie provides more than just a massage; you can feel the heart she puts into her practice. I had the Relaxation Ritual, and it was the perfect reset. The atmosphere was calming, and the natural products were incredibly nourishing. As someone with sensitive skin (eczema), I really appreciated how high-quality and gentle the oils were. I left feeling deeply relaxed and cared for.

I booked The Retreat Experience and it was absolutely exceptional. The massage and facial were incredibly relaxing, beautifully delivered, and left me feeling calm, restored, and glowing. The whole experience felt thoughtful, nurturing, and completely unhurried. Worth every single penny. I left feeling genuinely renewed and will definitely be returning.

Where do I begin, ease of booking and finding the venue spot on. Katie was just the warmest of characters I have ever met. So much knowledge and explained the process every step of the way. We could have chatted for hour I’m sure but I was in receipt of “Ritual” treatment so wanted to enjoy the experience. The body and facial massage absolutely devine. All products used were explained. The pressure point facial made me relax even more. I must say she Katie hit the spot in relaxation (normal I find it hard to totally relax) but that I did!! Me and the couch became one. Thank you 🥰

Had a deep Tissue Massage with Carol on my back, neck & shoulders. Left with a lot more movement and feeling relaxed. Highly recommended for sore and knotted muscles.

The treatment I had with Katie of Balanced & Bliss was sublime. I have never been so relaxed within minutes of the treatment starting. The room when entering smelt divine and the calm relaxed presence of this room added to the fabulous experience. I would highly recommend Katie for her quality of treatments and care

Beautiful service as always. Nia done a great job as usual on myself and also this time I took my daughter for her first time having her brows waxed after she has been having them threaded for a few years . She was nervous about having them waxed but Nia was gentle and talked my daughter through the process and made her feel very relaxed. Great results for both of us. Thank you 🥰

Carol was brilliant! I had a really relaxing massage, with her checking the pressure was right for me. It was really good to be able to switch off for a while with no chit chat and just enjoy a massage. Carol then answered the questions I had after about future treatments I might benefit from.
