Sophie was welcoming & made me feel at ease right away. Lovely, purpose-built studio was very comfortable. The acupuncture was pleasant, with a relaxing head & neck massage/ manipulation. Felt more relaxed after.

I had the pregnancy massage with Sandra and it was exactly what I needed. Came out feeling better than I have in months and Sandra kept me relaxed and calm and kept me informed what she was doing and created a lovely relaxing atmosphere in her home. From the moment laura began my facial and massage and just sunk into the bed and all my stresses literally left my body for that hour. So relaxing, laura is so attentive, truly THE BEST at what she does. For anyone wanting to destress, get rid of some tension and leave with the most beautiful glow to your skin, book in with laura ❤️

A Massage from Sophie at Bone and Body Healing . I've been dealing with a nagging leg pain for a while, and after just one session with Sophie at Bone and Body Healing, the difference is incredible. She was amazing—she really listened to my concerns and focused on the problem area. Sophie managed to work out all the knots and, and I felt a reduction in pain almost immediately. My leg feels so much better and the pain that was bothering me is completely gone. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a skilled and effective massage therapist. I will be back for another session with Sophie.
