Been to see Chris a few times now for issues I've had with my shoulder/back and he's able to pin point the issue, remedy it and offer advice afterwards. I've also been to him for maintenance massages and a pre marathon leg massage, all of which have helped me to keep training snag free. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Had a lymphatic drainage massage with Sarah. Very relaxing, made me feel very comfortable. Whilst doing the massage she spoke through what she was doing and the knowledge behind it. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be returning for another appointment!

Amazing massage!!! I could not be more relaxed and happier. I mentioned to her that I tend to have cold feet, she placed an extra towel and blanket 😍. She applied the right pressure and massage techniques for my skin and body. Highly recommend 🤗

Beautiful salon, Sarah is lovely, very gentle and confident in her work. Love my nails, eyelash lift and colour, brow colour and wax. Highly recommend, lovely premises, easy to park on the street directly outside the salon.

I recently pulled my back and booked my first sports massage. Fiona was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. I already felt the benefit afterwards. I would highly recommend to anyone needing treatment or dealing with an injury.

I booked a sports massage due to ongoing issues with my lower back and upper shoulders from my heavy lifting job. After just one session, I've already noticed a significant improvement in both areas. Chris was very knowledgeable, quickly identified the areas that needed attention, and knew exactly what treatment I needed. The massage was professional, effective, and tailored to the problems I was experiencing. I would highly recommend proactive sports massage to anyone dealing with muscle tension or aches. I can’t recommend Sarah highly enough. I see her regularly for both reflexology and lymphatic drainage massage, and the difference she makes is incredible. Her reflexology is amazing. I struggle with water retention, and after every treatment I leave feeling so much lighter on my feet, completely relaxed, and I’m guaranteed a great night’s sleep afterwards. Sarah is also, without a doubt, the best lymphatic therapist locally. She has a real understanding of the lymphatic system and knows exactly how to approach the body properly to encourage healthy lymph flow. Highly recommended :)

I had an amazing experience during my recent sports massage with Chris. From the moment I walked in the environment was welcoming and I instantly felt at ease. It’s clear that Chris is incredibly knowledgeable about sports massage techniques, and he really took the time to address my specific problem areas. I asked him to focus on my legs and lower back, which always seem to stiffen up from my regular workouts. His skilled application of technique and the right amount of pressure completely relieved the tension and removed and niggles I had. I can't recommend Chris enough
