I had a fantastic massage, Hannah the therapist is so very professional, knowledgeable and understood where my tension and tightness were. I always feel noticeably different when I’ve been. The whole session is completely comfortable and relaxed. I’d definitely recommend Hannah to anyone looking for an effective sports massage.

Angela gave me a wonderful massage today. The massage was very relaxing, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease. I even had such a good sleep during the massage! I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and very happy. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic sports massage - Hannah listened to what I needed and tailored the massage to suit. The combo of massage, cups and scraping was exactly what I needed on problem areas. She’s also managed to shed some light on a niggly injury I’ve been struggling to rehab for a while. Thank you!🙌🏻

Kayleigh is so lovely, polite and professional, I felt so relaxed during my facial and a lovely little head shoulder massage treat, the setting surrounding was just perfect. Alice is a lovely young lady! and very knowledgable good in her profession. This was my fist visit to the salon for a back , neck & shoulder and alice went out her way to help me out as I asked if my appointment time could be brought forward which she did and I really enjoyed my massage. So I highly recommend Alice Holmes salon 😊

Had a really lovely facial with Alex. She’s so friendly and welcoming. I was so relaxed during the facial, her massage had the perfect amount of pressure and the products she uses are really nice. My skins looked great ever since and I would definitely book again.

Rejuvenate treatments are a lovely experience. Angela is lovely and very informative about advising the best treatment for your skin with reassuring aftercare advice. Angela's massage is amazing! I have had full body and Indian head massages, out of this world and feeling renewed each time I visit. The microneedling has made an enormous impact on my skin and top ups have kept it glowing. The treatment room is a relaxing cosy space and Angela makes you feel at ease throughout. Rejuvenate is my skin care and massage go to !

I had a full body Swedish massage and Alexandra made me feel very welcome and comfortable! It was the perfect pressure and I’m feeling very relaxed now! Lovely setting and was a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend! :)

I have regular sports massages with cupping and Hannah is fab - she’s great at tailoring it each time based on the main issue that day and fixes any niggles. She’s also really honest about what sports massage can and can’t help, recommending other professionals if needed. Highly recommend!

Hannah was great, as always! My back feels so much better after seeing her. I’ve been lifting3 days a week and played rugby at the weekend so it was in need of TLC. As a result of the massage I managed to hit a new PB on my bench press because my body felt great!
