I felt held cared for and validated. Listened to and understood. I was in less physical pain after leaving and so much calmer and in control of what life is currently throwing at me. I also have taken away techniques to calm me just through my breathing.

Amazing visit. When Emma wrote bespoke she wasn't kidding. Every aspect of treatment is carried out with the individual in mind, which is an amazing advantage of seeing a qualified and independent therapist. Emma took the time to understand what I was looking to achieve, and was happy to work with me on my goals.

Steph was lovely and very well educated in her fields. I was made very welcome and felt instantly relaxed as Steph talked me through the programme. Yesterday was my second visit to Emma. I asked her to work on my back but most particularly on my neck. The massage itself was really good and this morning my neck feels better than it has done in months. (PS Just so you know this review is independent as I am neither a friend nor or relative of Emma)
